Genuine Mercury / Quicksilver Starboard Exhaust Manifold. Part number 8M0104216.
Genuine MerCruiser starboard exhaust manifold, a direct replacement for the original factory-fitted unit on 4.5L MPI sterndrive engines.
Designed to maintain proper exhaust flow and cooling on the starboard cylinder bank, this manifold is engineered to OEM specification for reliable long-term performance.
