Genuine Mercury / Quicksilver Shim 0.3mm. Part number 15-813276003.

Precision shim for gear housing driveshaft assemblies. Thickness 0.3 mm, used to set correct bearing preload and gear mesh alignment in Mercury outboard lower units.
